Çevre Politikamız

Ortana kuruluş yılı olan 1992’den beri güvenli ve sağlıklı bir çalışma ortamı sağlamayı ve çevreyi, enerji ve doğal kaynakları korumayı üretim faaliyetlerinin bir parçası olarak görmüştür. Şirketimiz, aşağıdaki ilkelere bağlı kalarak varlığını sürdürmeyi amaçlamaktadır.

Çevre kirlenmesini önlemek amacıyla, çevre ile ilgili yükümlü olduğu kanun ve yönetmeliklere uymak,
Çevre standartlarımızın yükseltilmesi amacıyla, tüm çalışanlarımızı bilinçlendirmek ve eğitimlere tabi tutmak,

Bilgi Güvenliği Politikamız

TS EN ISO 27001:2013 Bilgi Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemin ana teması; ORTANA ELEKTRONİK YAZILIM TAAH. SAN. VE TİC.A.Ş’de Trafik İzleme ve Bilgi Sistemleri Hizmetlerinde Kullanılan Bilgi İşlem Faaliyetlerinde; insan, alt yapı, yazılım, donanım, kuruluş bilgileri, üçüncü şahıslara ait bilgiler ve finansal kaynaklar içerisinde bilgi güvenliği yönetiminin sağlandığını göstermek, risk yönetimini güvence altına almak, bilgi güvenliği yönetimi süreç performansını ölçmek ve bilgi güvenliği ile ilgili konularda üçüncü taraflarla olan ilişkilerin düzenlenmesini sağlamaktır.

Bu doğrultuda BGYS Politikamızın amacı;

Bilgi varlıklarını yönetmek, varlıkların güvenlik değerlerini, ihtiyaçlarını ve risklerini belirlemek, güvenlik risklerine yönelik kontrolleri geliştirmek ve uygulamak.

Bilgi varlıkları, değerleri, güvenlik ihtiyaçları, zafiyetleri, varlıklara yönelik tehditlerin, tehditlerin sıklıklarının saptanması için yöntemlerin belirleyeceği çerçeveyi tanımlamak.

Tehditlerin varlıklar üzerindeki gizlilik, bütünlük, erişilebilirlik etkilerini değerlendirmeye yönelik bir çerçeveyi tanımlamak.

Risklerin işlenmesi için çalışma esaslarını ortaya koymak.

Hizmet verilen kapsam bağlamında teknolojik beklentileri gözden geçirerek riskleri sürekli takip etmek.

Tabi olduğu ulusal veya uluslararası düzenlemelerden, yasal ve ilgili mevzuat gereklerini yerine getirmekten, anlaşmalardan doğan yükümlülüklerini karşılamaktan, iç ve dış paydaşlara yönelik Firmasal sorumluluklarından kaynaklanan bilgi güvenliği gereksinimlerini sağlamak.

Gerçekleşebilecek bilgi güvenliği olaylarına hızla müdahale edebilecek ve olayın etkisini minimize edecek yetkinliğe sahip olmak.

Information Security Policy

The main aim of TS EN ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System is to demonstrate that information security management is provided within the human, infrastructure, software, hardware, organization information, third person information and financial resources, to ensure risk management, to measure the performance information security process and to regulate relations with the third person’s in information security related matter.

For this purpose, the aim of the ISMS Policy is:

Managing information assets, identifying security values, needs and risks of assets, developing and implementing security risk controls
To define the framework within which information assets, values, security needs, weaknesses, threats to assets, methods for detecting the frequency of threats will be determined
Define a framework for assessing threats to the effects of privacy, integrity, and accessibility on assets.
To establish the working principles for the processing of risks.
Keeping track of the risks by observing the technological expectations in the context of the service scope.
To ensure the information security requirements arising from the internal and external stakeholders' responsibility for the internal and external stakeholders, in compliance with the obligations arising from agreements, in compliance with national and international regulations, legal and related legislative requirements.
